Since we were entrusted with the post-production work, which included the full engagement of a video editor, colorist, graphic designer, audio designer, and mixer, we faced high production goals and great expectations.
As our studio, Paina Studio, has over a decade of experience and a creative approach to post-production, we gladly accepted this great challenge, along with the responsibility for all elements of post-production.
The biggest challenge in post-production was analyzing the extensive footage, followed by creating a unique and complex film structure through video editing. This structure features over 30 interviewees whose stories intertwine to form a unique narrative that captivates the audience throughout the entire film.
Precise video editing helped establish a smooth rhythm that holds the viewer’s attention from start to finish. Additionally, it was crucial to color-grade the film in warmer tones, as its message conveys the bright optimism of people who have taken their fate into their own hands, fighting for their well-deserved place.
